Yes! In today's world, travel insurance is strongly recommended. Ask us for details when booking your trip. We use several different companies, so we can find the perfect fit for your needs.

What is a Travel Management Company?

As a full-service travel management company, Blue Ridge Travel Group, does much more than just "book" your travel. We take care of everything from the start of the planning process, to following up with you after your travel is complete, and everything in between. We manage the accounting aspects, monitor for promotions or additional savings, handle any issues that may arise, make sure you have the required documentation needed, and we also offer our professional advising services to help you through the ever-changing world of travel. We can also offer corporate travel solutions that can save time and money for your business.

Can I make an appointment to meet with you?

Absolutely. If you would prefer to meet face to face, we can set up a time and place to sit down together and plan your travel. While everything can be done over the phone or by email, we understand that some clients prefer to meet in person. We also make appointments to meet with our clients for final document delivery and review.

What if I have trouble when traveling?

In the case of an emergency, our clients can call the regular number. If we are not able to answer right away, your call will be returned ASAP. We are here to assist my clients in their time of need.

Do you charge for airline tickets?

If you are only purchasing airline tickets, Blue Ridge Travel Group does charge a service fee of $35.00 per person. This fee is called a "service fee" because that is exactly what you get, service! We are here to assist with missed, delayed or cancelled flights, ticket changes, schedule changes, lost baggage and more.

I am not from Harrisonburg VA. Can you still help me?

Of course! As a matter of fact, we have clients all over the US! Harrisonburg, Staunton, Waynesboro, Augusta County, Rockingham County and beyond! In this day and age, it doesn't matter if we are in the same area, or miles apart!
