Working with Jill Koeppen is absolutely wonderful! My husband and I worked with her to plan our honeymoon in Greece and she made it a trip of a lifetime. Jill was organized and extremely detail oriented planning every aspect of our trip from plane tickets, transfers, hotels, and activities. Cindy Jones has been providing travel services for us for many years. Our trips have been both domestic and international, and she has been flawless in delivering on every aspect of our travel needs from the planning phase with recommendations, finalizing our trip arrangements, continually following-up with us on trip/air discounts, and providing our travel documents in a timely manner. All of her efforts with us has been completed at a distance since we live in Pittsburgh, PA. During the process we would “meet” via phone or emails, and our travel documents were always received in a timely manner through courier delivery. On a 5-star scale, I would give Cindy Jones and Blue Ridge Travel Group a 6-star rating if I could. Professional, competent, courteous and efficient does not begin to describe their commitment to excellence! For the booking fee of $35.00, one has an entire team standing behind her when trouble arises, as it so often does in travel. Here is an example from a recent trip. I arrived at the airport in Miami at 10AM for a noon flight. First it was delayed an hour, then another hour, then 45 minutes and then canceled completely. (Never got a good reason because plane was at the gate and entire crew was on the plane). With one call to Cindy, she had me rebooked on another flight into the New York area at 7:30 PM. By the time I got to the front of the American rebooking line, all seats on most planes were already filled. I could tell them that I had a seat being held on the 7:30 flight. Of course that flight was delayed 3 times as well but we DID get to New York. However, my checked bag did not. I reported it at the baggage service center, and was told that the bag was still in Miami. The next day after trying to get info about the bag, I reached out to Cindy and she had the ability to see into the system far better than I could, with more details about the location of the luggage. It arrived at my door at 2:30 AM and I was delighted! Cindy followed up the next morning to be certain it had arrived. Having a team of experts is always a good idea and Blue Ridge Travel has shown me the value is PRICELESS!

Cindy and Jill helped me craft an excellent trip to New Mexico and Colorado—all the way from devising an itinerary, booking our flights, what to visit, hotel suggestions, restaurant suggestions, rental car info, suggestions on travel savings…They did it all and took the headache and stress out of planning every detail from the traveler!  They also compiled the info into a travel booklet which made it so convenient during the journey since it’s all there.  The trip materialized quickly and ended up being extraordinary, one of the best I’ve taken.  I may never plan my own trip again and will just rely on these two excellent travel professionals.
